Tres Leches Cake, which is now commonly referred to as ‘Milk Cake’ gets its name from the 3 types of milk used; condensed milk, evaporated milk and double cream / full fat milk.

Made properly it should be very light and filled with air bubbles. This distinct texture allows the cake to absorb a large amount of liquid without becoming soggy, despite being drenched in 3 types of milk.

Originating from Mexico it is great as an afternoon treat, as part of a coffee morning or a great way to end a meal.

To ensure our milk cakes (Tres Leches Cake) are the freshest and best quality they can be, all of our cakes are baked to order and are for collection only. We are based in Tooting (South West London) and supply milk cakes to the leading restaurants in the area. Not only that, but soon we will have award winning restaurants and shisha Cafés from as far afield as Kent coming to collect from us.

We do not aim to produce at mass, just enough to ensure each one is the best it can be.

The guys were so helpful going out of their way to get me my cakes on time. Very friendly and accommodating. I absolutely had to have a saffron milk cake, no other cake would do, and it was divine. We ordered the Oreo and Rasmalai milk cakes with Pistachio milk. The cakes were delicious - so flavorful and the cream topping was great we loved both the flavors. The cakes were a generous size and they even provided extra milk as a topping - although cakes were already very moist. Overall would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

Absolutely delicious.The Oreo is baked into the cake which gives it a really authentic taste unlike many other so called Oreo milk cakes.The pistachio milk cake was perfectly light textured with a sweet touch.Customer service was incredible and the team worked hard to accommodate my super last minute order.All round 10/10 experience, I’d highly recommend.P.S - Definitely add 300ml of extra flavoured milk if you really like the milky goodness

Phenomenal! I ordered two milk cakes and they were delicious- light and moist yet filling. I’d describe them as a cross between rasamalai and traditional cake but in different flavours (I ordered ferrero rocher and pistachio which were exquisite), everyone from 4 year old to 60 year old loved them!Also, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The brother responded quickly and directly to my queries and kept me updated on when I could expect milk cakes. He was extremely friendly and accommodating and despite being busy with an event, he managed to get my order in time (and made with perfection- they were so fresh and delicious).Honestly, both the desserts and experience with this company were 10/10.

We ordered the Original Vanilla milk cake, drenched in a sweet Vanilla flavoured milk. This was my 4th purchase. It goes down well in family gatherings and the guests enjoy it also. The cake had a fluffy melting taste and always cooked to perfection. The extra flavoured Vanilla milk, was full of flavour and texture and not too sweet. Thanks for a lovely dessert experience. My guests already asked where the dessert was from. The fact that its local to Tooting is even better. This was literally the best milk cake i've ever tasted! Feel like all the other milk cakes I've tasted from dessert shops/restaurants were made wrong now, as I never really enjoyed milk cakes much.The biscoff flavour one was amazing, to say the least! And to top it off, my parents, who are really fussy with their cakes LOVED IT too; and my teenagers! I don't know how it was made so flavoursome, yet not so over-powering and sickly, and moist yet fluffy!! We left out plates clean! Thank you so much! Will be coming back for some more for sure!

These are quite possibly best cakes in the world. The jars are a real treat, and would make an ideal gift. Anyone receiving one would be thrilled after the first mouthful. Branding is very clean and stylish. A truly premium product. Can't wait to try out the rest of the range.

The rasmalai milk cake was exquisite. The cake had a very light texture and as such the rasmalai milk provided was able to pervade the cake in a delightful fashion. Highly recommended

The double chocolate flavour is absolutely just mind blowing, the blend of the different types of chocolate was just perfect, the dark chocolate shavings were not too intense and just complimented the creamy/mousse like texture of the chocolate beneath it, the cake itself was soft, moist and spongy as you’d expect from a premium cake. Presentation was amazing as well, a glass jar with nice little touches to it such as the rope, and attached to it was a piece of paper which on one side specified the flavour and the other the eat before by date which was hand written. Just goes to show that each and every product of theirs is created with time, attention and detail. They really are what they say they are, premium milk cakes 🙂
